A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the date for your event. The balance is due at least 10 days prior to your event.
The sale and service of alcoholic beverages are strictly regulated by the Massachusetts State Liquor Control Board. Maironis has an all-alcoholic liquor license and is the exclusive purveyor of all alcohol and beverages for all events. We expect your cooperation with regard to these laws. Absolutely no outside beverages are allowed on the premises. Any alcohol brought into the venue will be confiscated and guests will be asked to leave. Bars can be open, cash, or a combination of both. All guests consuming alcohol must be age 21 or older. Bar staff will accept cash or credit card for beverage purchases.
All external caterers are required to provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance as part of the rental agreement.
No confetti of any kind is allowed in the hall or lounge area, and the use of nails, glue, tape, thumbtacks, or hole-making devices to affix decorations is prohibited. The use of open flame candles is not permitted in the hall or lounge.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the behavior of their guests, any lost or left items brought in by guests, and for any damages to the Maironis facilities.
